Job Opportunities
01 — Roofing Labourer
Starting out. Building your trade.
A great entry point for someone starting their career in roofing or an apprentice developing their skills. You’ll work alongside experienced roofers, learn the right way to do things and progressively take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.
Pay: $30–$38/hr + super
02 — Experienced Roofer
Independent. Capable.
For roofers who can work independently and consistently deliver quality work. You’ll be trusted to install sheeting, flashings, gutters and other roofing components without constant supervision, while maintaining KOVA’s standards for productivity, presentation and workmanship.
Pay: $38–$52/hr + super
03 — Senior Roofer
The experience the crew can rely on.
A Senior Roofer is more than someone who can swing a hammer. You can read a job, solve problems, work through more complex roofing details and help keep the crew moving. You’ll often be the person others look to when something needs figuring out.
Pay: $52–$64/hr + super
04 — Leading Hand
Lead the crew. Own the outcome.
The Leading Hand takes responsibility for making the job run properly from start to finish. You’ll coordinate the crew, plan materials and sequencing, maintain site standards, solve problems before they become delays and represent KOVA professionally with clients and other trades.
Pay: $64–$75+/hr + super
